Job Description
- Supporting online business growth by managing stock demand and supply plan to all e-commerce channels (Watson's website, Lazada, Shopee, TikTokShop), including forecasting demand, analyzing sales trends, identifying bottlenecks and collaborate with internal and external teams to create coordinated plans.
- Overseeing stock replenishment process and inventory control to ensure timely reordering, accurate inventory records, optimal stock level and minimize overstock.
- Work closely with online business stakeholder on peak campaign and promotion activity to deliver budgeted sales, provide timely update on inventory level before event start, identify inventory discrepancies and follow up on system issue.
- Strengthening and continuous creative improve system processes thru problem identification and problem analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations to ensure alignment with business objective and marketing goals.
- Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to ensure company KPIs meet best practice, ensure compliance with company's Retail Operating Standard
- Responsible on various online business projects and initiatives, involves planning, coordinatiing with various stakeholders, and monitoring performance to meet project goals. Stay updated on inventory best practices, technologies, and trends
- Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, trend analysis and promotion sell-through review, to measure the effectiveness of promotion and help business to make informed decision.
- Lead, mentor and support team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to meet operational goals.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Retail Management / International Business/ Ecommerce or Business relevant.
At least 5 years experience in retail management, eCommerce industry or a related field. - Proficient in Microsoft tools and data analysis, especially in managing big data and operational reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Proactive team player, able to manage multiple task in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Having innovative and excellent problem solving skills, dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions
- Self-starter traits, take ownership and attention to detail.
