Primary Responsibilities
- Plan & Develop Strategies:
Create and implement supply chain plans to meet business goals while balancing cost, quality, and delivery time.
- Manage Inventory:
Control stock levels, plan replenishments, and reduce waste and shortages.
- Handle Vendors & Suppliers:
Build strong relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure suppliers deliver quality materials on time.
- Oversee Logistics & Distribution:
Coordinate with transport partners, manage shipping schedules, and improve the distribution network.
- Forecast Demand:
Work with sales and production teams to predict demand and plan inventory accordingly.
- Control Costs:
Monitor and reduce supply chain expenses without compromising quality.
- Lead & Develop Team:
Guide and support the supply chain team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
- Improve Processes:
Review and enhance supply chain processes and use technology to boost efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance & Manage Risks:
Follow all legal and industry standards and proactively manage potential risks.
- Reporting & Analysis:
Track supply chain performance, prepare reports, and use data to support decisions and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or similar (Master’s is a plus).
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of supply chain software (e.g., M2M) and strong MS Excel skills.
- Experience in demand planning and inventory systems.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methods is a plus.

Pay: RM11,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
