Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Management Executive job encompasses from strategic planning to data analysis, procurement and supply chain operations
Job Responsibilities:
- To manage, monitor and coordinate daily procurement activities in preparing documentation such as sales quotations, contracts, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, GRN and other related documents.
- Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and preparing price comparisons for materials based on the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms availability of stock, and deliveries.
- To liaise with relevant parties to follow up on quotations, delivery, manage to source, and price negotiation for tender admission.
- To meet tenders and quotations deadlines and make sure that all requirements and documentations are in order.
- Handling and processing orders from customers and create orders to suppliers, issuance of DO, invoice, letter of award, etc.
- Store and manage documentation for the company’s represented products.
- To monitor and generate reports on delivery, stock, payment, etc.
- Accountable for identifying priority assignments in accordance with the Company’s Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
- To comply with Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) under Act 737 2012 in the Supply Chain Management process.
- To undertake responsibility for any principal or customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- To undertake any other duties as directed by the Immediate Supervisor and Management as and when required.
- Contribute to team effort by attending to other official matters as and when required and being instructed by the management from time to time.
- Prepare a memo for credit note approval and customer return form accordingly for the customer return any goods.
- Prepare goods receipt note to the finance department to ensure the supplier’s payment need to pay timely.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
