Job Responsibilities 职位职责
- Handle purchase orders (PO) for raw materials and general supplies. 处理原材料及办公用品的采购订单(PO)。
- Coordinate with departments to replenish stock and meet production needs. 协助各部门安排库存补货,满足生产需求。
- Maintain accurate records of PR, PO, GRN, and other purchasing documents. 记录请购单(PR)、采购订单(PO)、收货单(GRN)等采购文件。
- Organize purchasing files to simplify repeat orders. 整理采购档案,便于重复采购常用物品。
- Submit complete PO, DO, and invoice sets to the accounts team for processing. 提交完整的 PO、送货单(DO)及发票(INV)给财务部处理。
- Follow up on delivery status, delays, or defective goods. 跟进交货情况,处理延迟或损坏问题。
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock takes. 监控库存水平,协助库存盘点。
- Compare supplier quotes and assist in sourcing decisions. 比较供应商报价,协助采购决策。
- Build good working relationships with suppliers. 与供应商建立良好合作关系。
- Coordinate material readiness and delivery with production and logistics. 协调物料准备与交付,支持生产与物流安排。
- Support the overall supply chain operations with timely communication and documentation. 协助供应链整体运作,确保沟通与文件处理高效及时。
Job Requirements 职位要求:
- At least Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. 至少拥有供应链管理、物流、商业或相关领域专业文凭。
- 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain (garment/textile preferred). 3–5 年采购、库存或供应链经验(拥有服装/纺织行业背景优先考虑)。
- Familiar with ERP or inventory systems. 熟悉 ERP 或库存系统者优先。
- Strong communication, coordination, and organization skills. 具备良好的沟通、协调与组织能力。
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to liaise with suppliers). 精通 英文、马来文 与 中文,能与供应商有效沟通。
