A Supply Chain Executive manages the flow of goods from sourcing to customer delivery, ensuring efficiency, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, optimizing logistics, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Sourcing: Identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Inventory Management: Maintaining optimal stock levels, preventing stockouts, and minimizing inventory costs.
- Logistics & Transportation: Coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Demand Planning: Forecasting demand and aligning production with customer needs.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing supply chain performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaboration & Communication: Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Analytical skills: To analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Communication skills: To effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
- Negotiation skills: To negotiate favorable contracts and terms with suppliers.
- Problem-solving skills: To identify and resolve supply chain issues.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software: To manage inventory, track shipments, and analyze data.
- Understanding of logistics and transportation: To coordinate the flow of goods efficiently.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices: To ensure compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
- Experience in supply chain management: Relevant work experience is often required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
