Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure efficient operation and timely deliveries.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and improve operation efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation, monitoring inventory levels efficiently.
- Tracking shipments and confirming deliveries, preparing shipping documents.
- Collaborating with logistics, production and sales department to ensure the smooth running of supply chain.
- Assisting with warehousing tasks such as receiving and dispatching goods.
- To carry out any other related job assignment deems fit and appropriate.
Requirements
- SPM/Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in procurement or supply chain management will be an added advantage
- Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Point).
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
- Good written and communication skill in English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
