Requirement
SUPERVISOR/ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR
- Min 1year experience for management level in food and beverages field
- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards and adhering to legal regulations
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, and resolving operations problems
- Controls expenses by gathering and submitting budget information for labor, stocks
- Posses own transport
