Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing and managing daily production activities, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are adhered to.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the production team to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Schedule and allocate task work to meet production requirements
- Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Record production data accurately and maintain production records.
- Provide training, develop, and evaluate production team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for increased efficiency and quality
- Report and address safety or quality issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, and ISO 13485:2016 standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
- High school, Diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a production environment.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Familiarity with ISO standards preferred and commitment to safety and quality
- Ability to adapt to changing production demands, priorities, and technologies
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Intermediate – Computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and document
- Compliance with all ISO-related policies and procedures, including reporting any non-conformities.
