- Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP and ISO standards, in all warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory levels, including regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory levels to management.
- Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff by enforcing safety policies and procedures and conducting regular safety training.
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for both receiving and store operations as well as ensuring proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory.
- Continue improve warehouse work process through strategic planning in order to create a more efficient fulfilment system.
- Ensure that the stock being controlled by FEFO and FIFO system .
- Ensuring the goods indication, arrangement, tidy and warehouse cleanliness.
- Undertake and perform any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, Manager and above when required.
