Key Responsibilities:
1) Ensure timely dispatches of finished goods with proper monitoring and arrangement of Branches’ truck schedule.
2) Ensure physical outgoing stock tally with documentation of DO, picking list and etc.
3) Ensure loading truck for loose truck is minimized and reduce the delivery discrepancy.
4) Monitoring stock discrepancies and ensure proper record.
5) Identify any damaged goods and record pertinent information.
6) Housekeeping to ensure meet 5S standard.
7) Assist Executive and Supervisor to oversee the warehousing activity, including space management, floor productivity and delivery arrangement.
8) Carry out stock count and ensure the stock variance to not more than tolerance figure.
9) Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior
