Job Responsibilities:
- Handle receiving and outgoing warehouse activities.
- Match incoming D/O with purchase orders.
- Inspect incoming materials for defects; reject and return damaged items with remarks on D/O.
- Verify incoming materials have at least 6 months shelf life.
- Daily pick and pack orders as per purchase orders.
- Record order numbers on stock cards during picking.
- Maintain adequate stock based on weekly stock card records.
- Notify superior to reorder low stock items.
- Get approval if product shelf life is under 6 months before packing.
- Monitor fast-moving items to avoid urgent orders; allow 3-5 days for restocking.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness before clocking out.
- Conduct monthly stock take.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Hardworking and physically fit to perform all assigned duties within the warehouse.
- Fast learner with a basic understanding of warehouse operations (Training will be provided).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Able to follow SOPs and company guidelines strictly.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control or warehousing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
