Job Scope / Responsibilities :
1. Store Asset and Profit Management
- Ensure accurate fixed asset stock counts and optimize inventory management.
- Monitor and manage utility bills to reduce costs.
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to drive profit improvements.
2. Store Operations Management
- Plan and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Confirm staff attendance and review work schedules.
- Manage return orders, cash handling, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Organize and lead store meetings to align on goals and updates.
- Track production and operational performance to meet targets.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
3. Quality, Service, and Food Safety Management
- Implement and monitor food safety and quality self-checks.
- Respond to customer reviews across all channels to maintain brand reputation.
- Analyze key performance indicators and create improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to weekly cleaning and maintenance schedules.
4. Staff Development and Leadership
- Lead recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Develop training schedules and track implementation to foster growth.
- Conduct floor assessments to ensure leadership consistency and accountability.
- Facilitate communication between team members to strengthen collaboration.
- Oversee staff promotions and performance evaluations.
5. Sales Growth and Local Engagement
- Explore local business opportunities to boost sales.
- Manage and engage with local social media groups to drive brand visibility.
- Track and support the success of new product launches to meet sales goals.
