RESPONSIBILITY
- Maintain accurate records of raw material transactions (receipts, issues, returns).
- Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) principles for material issuance.
- Able to understand and interpret production planning schedules and inventory status from the system.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and segregation of raw materials based on type, expiry, and handling requirements.
- Ensure accurate counting, weighing, and proper labelling of Finished Goods using the weighing machine and standardized FGS tags.
- Provide clear steps for safe forklift operation and simple daily maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and workplace safety.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in inventory/material control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience using inventory or QAD systems preferred.
- Computer literacy
- Posses own transport
