We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive expert in warehouse operations. This role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching goods. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock management, maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Stock Management
- Handle daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and packing of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and labelling of incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Implement FIFO / FEFO stock rotation practices to ensure stock freshness and minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and year-end stock audits.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or low stock situations promptly.
Inventory Accuracy & System Entry
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (ERP/WMS).
- Support data entry, updates, and system reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain / Procurement team to ensure timely stock movement and availability.
Logistics & Order Fulfilment
- Coordinate order dispatches and delivery arrangements with logistics providers or internal drivers.
- Assist in route planning and ensure proper packaging and timely shipment of goods.
- Track incoming and outgoing deliveries and update status reports accordingly.
Warehouse Safety & Maintenance
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to safety regulations, and report hazards, damages, or operational issues immediately.
- Assist with layout improvements to enhance storage efficiency and workflow.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Liaise with the Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Support the execution of promotional or seasonal campaign logistics as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles, preferably within the FMCG, beauty, or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of inventory processes, stock control, and warehouse best practices.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse duties when needed (e.g., lifting, organizing stock).
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
