What you will do:
Consolidation and preparation of factory cost saving performance for Senior Management
Departmental & product cost analysis - performances to Forecast/Budget and develop corrective action plans with Operations group.
Analysis on Mfg Performances to plan in terms of cost, productivity and mfg efficiency.
Preparation of the annual spending budget for Operations groups
Preparation of monthly forecasts for Operations
Drive overall factory cost saving initiatives/projects by identifying opportunities together with finance cost analyst
Conduct weekly review with operations on the expense and cost saving progress
Focal point of the factory to communicate with Business units on the cost saving initiatives and progress
What you will need:
Cost Control, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills.
Strong Analytical Skills
Experience in Cost Engineering. preferably in semiconductor industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
Proficiency in cost analysis tools and software
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
