Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Business Process Lead in documenting and mapping current and future business processes.
- Collaborate to identify areas for improvement and maintain accessible process documentation.
- Co-lead workstream plans with PMO vendor for business processes and data.
- Work with the Data Lead to gather, analyze, and maintain data accuracy throughout the implementation.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including organizing meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Ensure timely communication of project updates and changes.
- Participate in change impact assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Prepare regular implementation progress reports and maintain comprehensive records of meetings and action items.
Requirements:
- Experience in PMO, program coordination, or project administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with SAP projects or enterprise-level implementations is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and project documentation practices.
