WHAT YOU'LL DO?
Creative Ideation and Strategy:
- Generate innovative content ideas and plan monthly social media calendars for brands.
- Develop content strategies for campaign/pitch proposals.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging content that perfectly captures our clients' unique brand personalities and achieves their business objectives. This includes content for social media, SEO, and websites.
Project & Client Management:
- Confident in presenting content ideas directly to clients.
- Ensure smooth communication with project team members for high-quality work delivery.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing regular reports, insightful recommendations, and actionable adjustments to optimise future content strategies or social calendars.
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
- 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- BA/BS – Social Media/Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, business administration or related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong command of spoken and written English with a flair for writing creative copy
- Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients and industries
- Possess a positive mindset and always ready to learn or try new things
- Disciplined and results-oriented, always motivated to deliver better results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Good to Have
- Experience in conducting social media photoshoots/video shoots.
- Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager.
