Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to strengthen our online presence and brand engagement in the co-living industry. As the Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across social media platforms to promote our co-living spaces and foster a sense of community. You will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, drive tenant acquisition, and create an engaging online environment that reflects our unique co-living culture.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and brand voice.
- Create compelling, original content that showcases the co-living experience, tenant stories, community events, and property highlights.
- Produce a mix of visual content, including images, videos, infographics, and stories, to engage target audiences on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with tenants to feature their stories and promote the benefits of co-living, fostering authentic brand advocacy.
Community Engagement & Management
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and nurture a strong online community by fostering conversations, encouraging interactions, and promoting tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor tenant reviews, feedback, and online discussions, sharing insights with the team to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Growth & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, engagement, reach, and other KPIs.
- Utilize insights from analytics to optimize content, posting schedules, and campaign strategies for continuous growth.
- Identify and engage with influencers and strategic partners in the real estate, lifestyle, and co-living spaces to broaden the brand’s reach.
Campaign Management
- Support marketing campaigns and special promotions by creating dedicated social media content and coordinating campaigns with the marketing team.
- Run paid social media advertising to target key demographics and boost engagement, reach, and occupancy.
- Monitor and adjust campaign performance to ensure a high return on investment and alignment with occupancy goals.
Trend & Competitor Analysis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand trends, audience preferences, and best practices in the co-living industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or co-living industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
