Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Security Systems: Operate and manage surveillance systems, access controls, and alarm systems to identify and respond to potential security breaches.
- Incident Response: Analyze and respond to security incidents, escalating as needed to maintain safety and compliance.
- Access Management: Enforce security policies for physical and digital access to restricted areas.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed logs and prepare incident reports to support audits and investigations.
- Compliance: Ensure alignment with ISO 27001 standards and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, facilities, and management to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in security operations, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Genetec Security Center or similar systems is highly desirable.
- English Language Proficiency verbal & written is essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Availability for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
