- Instruct, supervise and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors on site
- Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor project schedule and progress, and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager
- Maintain accurate site records, including labor, materials, and daily reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, and suppliers when needed
- Resolve any on-site problems or conflicts promptly
Requirement：
- Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field
- Minimum 1–3 years of site supervision experience in the construction industry
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage (due to communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Willing to work at project sites and adapt to project timelines

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
