Job Description:
- Assist in incorporating new companies and updating existing structures (directors, shareholders, business nature).
- Provide administrative, communication, follow-up, and reminder support.
- Prepare and file statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, and resolutions.
- Draft board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and related documents.
- Liaise with clients, SSM, LHDN, auditors, and other relevant authorities.
- Ensure timely filing of Annual Returns and other statutory documents.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
