Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests: Welcome guests warmly and present them with the menu.
- Specials & Recommendations: Inform guests about daily specials, menu changes, and suggest food and beverages.
- Order Management: Take food and beverage orders using order pads or handheld POS systems, ensuring to capture any special requirements.
- Payment Handling: Process payments through cash, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and issue receipts and change.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages according to the course of the order and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Customer Assistance: Address guest queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, cashier counter, and work areas. Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Prior work experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Friendly Personality: Engaging and friendly demeanor to enhance guest experience.
- Integrity & Honesty: Demonstrates strong integrity and honesty in all interactions.
