Job Duties
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting back ground checks and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare, review, and take action on various employment letters such as LOA, appraisal forms, confirmations, promotions, transfers, memos, show cause notices, etc.
- Coordinate training programs (internal & external) and support employee development initiatives. Keep track and monitoring the HRDC account and claimable process.
- Support employee relations initiatives, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Job Requirements
- At least a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and office operations
- Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, independent and a fast learner
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Immediate availability is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Must be willing to work in Outskirt of KL and on Saturday.
