- Processing payroll/salary (timesheet checking, calculate salary & prepare bank draft)
- Key in employee’s contribution (epf, socso & eis)
- Prepare employee’s payslip
- Prepare employee’s contract, warning letter, formal letter, memo, profile, vetting
- Attending labour cases
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulation

- Additional HR training will be a plus
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- At least three years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
