Scrum Master (m/f/d)
In response to the growing trend of digitalization in the dental industry, we are expanding our software development presence in Malaysia. This strategic expansion aims to enhance our portfolio of software solutions for the dental market.
Your Responsibilities:
- coach and build high-performing Scrum teams, fostering a culture of agility, collaboration and accountability
- guide teams in applying Scrum practices effectively and adapting them based on team maturity
- ensure the Scrum events are efficient and serve their purpose (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinements)
- work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are well-defined, prioritized and aligned with strategic goals
- identify and remove impediments to team progress, promoting continuous improvement and team health
- enhance stakeholder alignment by promoting transparency around team goals, progress, risks, and timelines
- build cross-functional relationships across teams and departments to support organizational agility and knowledge sharing
- support the teams focused on IoT solution and AI/ML products
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
- minimum of 3 years, ideally 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master (m/f/d) in a software development environment
- experience in IoT, AI/ML, imaging or graphics-related development is a plus
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or a similar certification is a plus
- solid understanding of agile principles and Scrum practices, with the ability to tailor approaches based on context
- familiarity with other agile frameworks (e.g.: Kanban, XP, etc.) is a plus
- excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills
- servant-leader mindset with integrity, empathy, and trustworthiness
- excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- excellent written and verbal communication abilities
