Responsibilities
- Handle from RFQ, Quotation, Order Conversion, Order Processing, Shipment
- To responsible for timely quotation submission and closing of orders
- To make sure delivery of service is always on time and achieve customer excellence
- To ensure good/ services are place timely and deliver within the customer requirement
- To handle & solve feedback raised by customer, and ensure customer satisfaction
- To maintain customer/Vendor relationships through constant communication
- Adhoc duty when assigned
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-year indoor sales support experience
- Aggressive in sales
- Good in both written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and able to handle fast paced environment
- Positive attitude and adaptable to changes
- Self-driven, self-motivated, team player, organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
