1. Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
2. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
3. To train and educate customers on the products features and benefits and at the same time continuously obtain feedback for product and service improvement.
4. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ activities.
5. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
6. To address issues highlighted by the customers and resolve the matters promptly with the relevant parties.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
8. Meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets on a consistent basis.
9. Meet or exceed customer hits as per given KPI target.
10. Meet or exceed other given KPI target from time to time.
11. Document and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
12. To provide after sales services to customers.
13. To handle and coordinate with the relevant department in charge on the warranty and battery services.
14. To follow up and ensure timely delivery of the goods to the customers.
15. Prepare monthly and daily Customer Visit Plan for review with superior.
16. Submit monthly travelling claims on timely manner based on actual customer visited and actual travelling expenses incurred for official business matters.
17. To ensure payment is being collected from customers promptly.
18. To adhere strictly to the Company Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), marketing memo, pricing, marketing campaign etc. in carrying out sales activities.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
