We are a leading e-port solutions provider, specializing in the export of fresh fruits and vegetables to Dubai and other international markets. We are expanding our operations in Port Klang, Malaysia, and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the e-port sector.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including exporters, importers, and logistics companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms are favorable for both the company and the client.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics, export, or maritime industry.
- Strong understanding of the e-port and export market in Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
