Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively call potential customers to introduce the in-house brand GAEA (Premium Wood Composites).
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Extract relevant customer details from inquiries and pass them to the business development team for follow-up.
- Assist customers with post-purchase inquiries, including handling warranty claims and service requests.
- Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues.
- To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
- Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result Focused and Continuous Learning.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
