Sales Operations Leadership
Oversee the full lifecycle of sales operations: partner onboarding, enablement, pipeline reporting, opportunity & revenue management, quote/pricing support, order management, booking, and fulfillment.
Define and execute business priorities in alignment with organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize processes and drive operational excellence.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Set strategic goals and define project plans with clear metrics and milestones.
Monitor the progress of initiatives, identify blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
Team Management & Development
Lead a large team (50+ HC) in a hybrid/remote setup with a focus on performance, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and use of new-age technologies.
Own performance management, training, quality audits, and career development.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Champion best practices for sales operations across global teams.
Identify and implement local and global process improvement opportunities.
Leverage analytics to drive insights and optimize sales operations strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Advocacy
Collaborate with marketing, product, legal, finance, and customer service teams to align operational goals.
Act as the voice of the customer and ensure service-level commitments (SLAs) are met.
Lead incident and escalation management efforts to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Recruitment & Talent Management
Lead recruitment efforts to build a scalable, high-performing team.
Hire professionals aligned with both technical and cultural needs of the organization.
Executive Communication & Reporting
Engage with Director and C-level executives to align operations with strategic business objectives.
Prepare reports and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
Proven experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or sales excellence roles.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategy execution.
Track record of achieving revenue targets and driving operational improvements.
Experience leading large teams in hybrid/remote environments.
Hands-on experience with sales enablement toolkits, CRM, and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Innovative mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions and process automation.
