Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Inventory Report.
- Prepare Sales Summary Report.
- Prepare costing for project creation purposes.
- Carry out roll out process of rental unit from rental stock to used equipment stock.
- Construct forecast deliveries for Rental machines.
- Assist administrative task in system – Microsoft AX
- Arrange machine delivery for internal & external.
- Create memos for trade‑in & buyback units.
- Monitor sales process through Sales Order submitted by branches
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in supporting Sales business unit
- Minimum education level: Diploma / Pre-U
- Understanding of sales process (e.g. invoicing, purchase orders)
- Understanding of business and calculating profit margin will be a plus point

RM3,000 - RM4,000
