Position: Sales Operation Manager (Sales Department)
Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in the logistic industry
- Preferably someone with a diploma or degree in related field would be fit
- Must possess transportation
Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM8, 000 - 10,000 (commission tbd) Salary is negotiable.
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
