Role Overview:
As the Extrusion Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities within Southeast Asia or Korea/Taiwan. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who is eager to leverage their technical knowledge and sales expertise to grow our market presence. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand the customer base in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and leads through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
- Provide technical expertise and consultative solutions sales support to customers, ensuring they understand the value and capabilities of our extrusion solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal engineering and operation teams to ensure customer needs are met and projects are executed successfully.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in our CRM system.
- Represent Leistritz Extrusion Technology at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the plastics or chemicals related industries with extruder experience
- Professional qualification in Engineering and minimum 3-years’ experience in customer-oriented role with hands on approached.
- Strong technical knowledge of extrusion processes and equipment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication in English, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required to engage customers and develop business.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- Ability to drive results and work autonomously.
