We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team and grow our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, proven leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets for new and used vehicles, parts, or services.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, corporate clients, and partners.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, customer engagement, deal closing, and after-sales service for each branch.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to plan promotions, launches, and campaigns.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the automotive sector
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Able to travel
