Sales Development and Client Acquisition
· Identify and target potential clients interested in eLearning tools and solutions, including Articulate 360, Vyond, and Powtoon.
· Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and on-site presentations to showcase the functionality and benefits of eLearning tools and services.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand market presence, and increase product subscriptions.
· Prepare customised proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
· Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to management.
Cross-Selling and Upselling
· Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities to cross-sell additional software or services.
· Build tailored proposals to upsell additional seats or features to current subscribers
Relationship Management
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
· Provide product education and ongoing support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Market Research and Reporting
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
· Provide actionable feedback on client needs, product features, and service improvements to guide business strategies.
Collaboration
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, training, and operations, to align sales strategies and support pre-sales activities.
· Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
· Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the eLearning or technology sector.
· Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in software or eLearning solutions, is highly advantageous.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
· Familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Vyond, Powtoon) and content creation services is highly preferred.
· Proficiency in CRM and project management tools, such as Zoho CRM, Miro Board, and ClickUp.
· Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
