Key Responsibilities:
· Services and liaison with existing customer and constant follow up.
· Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
· Responsible to the development of new accounts and achieving the monthly sales target.
· Monitoring for outstanding payment and collection early or on time based.
· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
· Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationship with clients.
· Prepare weekly reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
· Negotiates/close deal and handle complaints by customer.
· Reviewing sales performance.
· Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
· Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Knowledge of the specific industry or market is an advantage.
