JOB DESCRIPTION
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through Whatsapp Business platforms
- Follow the provided sales script to present and promote products effectively, with the goal of converting leads into sales.
- Proactively follow up with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and collective sales targets.
- Professionally address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS
- Has experienced in closing sales in WhatsApp Business
- Excellent command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia language in writing and speaking.

This position is based in 8trium Bandar Sri Damansara (near MRT Sri Damansara Barat)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
