Working Days: Monday – Friday | Saturday (Half Day)
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,000 + Commission
Location: 56C, Tingkat 1, Perak Plaza, Jalan Perak, 10150 Georgetown, Pulau Pinang
1) Identify and secure new catering clients for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions
2) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
3) Provide personalized menu suggestions and quotations based on client needs and budgets
4) Strive to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
5) Attend site visits and discussions with clients to understand event requirements
6) Prepare sales reports and share customer feedback with the management team
7) Negotiate pricing and sales terms professionally and customer-friendly
8) Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the event
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
1) Friendly and professional communication skills
2) Strong interest in events, F&B, and customer engagement
3) Previous experience in sales or event coordination is an advantage
4) Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle customer requests with care
5) Familiarity with catering or hospitality industry is a plus
6) Proactive and passionate about meeting client needs and closing deals
