ACCOUNT ASSISTANT / ACCOUNT OFFICER (Based in Bandar Puteri Puchong)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible full spectrum of Account Receivables function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Perform monthly debtor reconciliation
- E-Invoice and SST checking & Submission
- Bank reconcile
- To assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Finance Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Able to communicate in Bahasa, English, Mandarin/Cantonese
- Able to handle full set of accounts
- High analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to meet tight deadline
