Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Business and Product Development teams.
- Perform sales data entry using HUBSPOT.
- Generate and qualify business leads.
- Conduct research and present findings.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce tour packages persuasively.
- Utilize effective sales techniques.
- Record information accurately in HUBSPOT CRM.
- Follow up on leads to encourage conversions.
- Stay updated on new offerings and promotions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Seek opportunities to improve sales processes.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Corporate Administration, Entrepreneurship, International Business Management or equivalent
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Advance)
- Team player, independent, fast learner, and able to multitask
