About the role
As a Sales Executive at BW Scaffold Industries Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships within the steel industry, strong abilities to identifies market opportunities, prepares quotations, negotiates deals, and ensures customer satisfaction. You also have to works closely with production and logistics to meet client requirements and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Executive (SE) shall be responsible to drive sales activities to achieve the Company growth targets by expanding existing customer groups as well as establishing new potential customer base.
2. Promotes, and sells Company products through direct customer contacts and develops new business within assigned territory.
3. Identify and acquire new customers/distributors, markets and opportunities.
4. Responsible for achievement of sales target (quantified: quarterly-to-quarterly basis).
5. Ensure that all customer accounts are within the agreed sales credit limit and to immediately notify superior or above for any discrepancy of customer / company / distributor that exceeded the sales credit limit.
6. Identifies prospective customers and compiles information on competitive products.
7. Quotes prices, prepares proposals and provides information regarding terms of sales and delivery dates.
8. Gathers data on marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and reports to Head of Department.
9. Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
10. All other related duties and job responsibilities that are assigned to you by your superiors.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a qualification of Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing or relevant.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in sales; experience in the construction or scaffolding industry is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive outlook and highly motivated
- Good command of BM & English (both written and spoken) ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, WhatsApp
- Business, etc.).
- Possess valid driving license and own transport.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
