Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Approach targeted companies across industries to offer staffing & manpower solutions.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and propose suitable staffing solutions (contract, temp, or permanent placement).
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
- Achieve monthly sales KPIs and targets.
- Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR, recruitment, or service-based industries.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel to meet clients.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance with confident body language
