We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive who is confident on the phone, comfortable presenting to agency teams, and focused on driving sales. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both outreach and support tasks also want to make a direct impact on revenue.
Job Description
- Proactively reach out to property agencies via cold calls and emails
- Schedule and deliver product presentations, both in-person and online
- Explain how our platform works and tailor the message to each client
- Sell subscription packages so agents can advertise their listings with us
- Follow up on leads, keep the pipeline active and help move deals forward
- Keep our CRM updated with call notes, meeting outcomes, and deal stages
- Support the wider sales team with materials and client handovers
- Gather client feedback and share with the team to help improve our offering
Requirement
- Experience in telesales or phone-based sales
- Enjoys talking to people and understanding their needs
- Can explain things clearly, professionally and confidently
- Responsible, motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, hardworking, and a team player
Bonus If you Have
