Your Role:
- Assist sales team in planning and organizing daily appointments and schedules.
- Ensure timely updates and follow-ups with customers.
- Help prepare documents related to sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth customer experiences.
- Track and update important information accurately for easy team reference.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication in English, Malay & (mandarin is a +)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable handling data and reports.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Minimum Diploma or relevant experience in admin/sales coordination.
