- Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any Financial course related.
- Experience in accounting related minimum 6 months (salary will be determined by knowledge and experience
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven
- Computer literate and numerate
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good attitude and responsible character
- Able to blend with various types of people.
- Possess driving license and own transport and willing to travel/outstation.
- Flexible to work extra hours and attending job on odd hours/weekends.
Main role of this position:
- Enter data from daily work logs into the company’s general ledger system.
- Supporting supervisory and executive staff by performing any assigned accounting and account-related clerical tasks
- Keep a thorough record of all company charges, as well as any refunds that have been issued.
- Assist other account personnel with any tasks conducted within the accounting department, or any tasks that require accounting personnel to take part.
- Key in any documents that the accounting department is responsible for, including checks and invoices, as well as vouchers, accounting statements, and other reports and records
- Match work orders to invoices (receivables and payables)
- Process invoices or bills so that they can be paid and audit the invoices based on purchase orders.
- Handling in account receivable and payable transactions
- Analyze, organize, and manage customer invoices.
- Research and resolve customer problems related to billing and payment.
- Verify and record business transactions.
- Prepare and manage account statements.
- Perform reconciliation of daily and monthly revenues.
- Prepare financial reports, expense reports, revenue reports, and trial balance reports, etc for management.
- Manage bank account deposits, check transactions and payments.
- Assist in procurement, payroll, and budget preparation activities.
- Participate in month end account closing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of bank accounts.
- Responsible for the compilation of documents for company annual tax and audit purposes.
