Job title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Ulu Tiram
Salary Range: RM2,400 – RM3,500 (Depends on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30 am to 6:00pm
Saturday – on standby (depending on appointment / exhibitions)

Main Job Responsibilities
- Cold-calling potential clients and introduce about our brand and profile.
- Reply customers' enquiries on social media, email or whatsapp.
- Extract relevant customer details from inquiries and pass them to the business
development team for follow-up.
- Customer service - Act as the point of contact for customers for post-purchase enquiries, warranty claims and address concerns in a friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of customer interactions,
feedback, and service issues.
- To carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to
time.
Requirements
Fresh graduates with no experience are encouraged to apply
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing or related discipline.
- Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu, Chinese is an advantage
- Good in Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Analytic Problem Solving, Result
Focused and Continuous Learning.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
