Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with scanning QR codes on massage chair stations via the Rest N Go apps to initiate sales and usage.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of each massage station (chairs, surroundings, trash removal, basic upkeep) to uphold brand standards.
- Record transaction details, sales data, and maintenance logs in the MRS and DYM360 systems accurately and timely.
- Collect cash payments (if applicable) and perform daily banking in of sales revenue, following company policy.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
- Training provided on app usage, station protocols, sales procedures, and internal systems.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English to assist customers and coordinate with team members.
- Willing to travel between stations to cover Airport Miri, Bintang Megamall and Myy Mall.
Working days: Monday to Weekend/ Public Holiday, Wednesday (Off Day)
