Job Scope:
- Issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) for shipments.
- Coordinate with branches to check stock availability.
- Liaise with the logistics department to schedule deliveries and monitor shipment progress.
- Assist in preparing simple sales reports and stock reports when needed.
- Communicate with customers on order status, delivery schedules, and basic after-sales support.
- Maintain proper filing of sales documents and records.
- Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments if necessary.
- Ensure smooth order processing from order placement to delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Proficient in using computers (basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word)
- Able to speak and read Mandarin (essential for communication with China-based customers).
- Organized, responsible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work at Canning II, Ipoh.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
