1. Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes etc.) on behalf of the Sales & Marketing Team.
2. Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submission, reports, also prepare and coordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the Sales & Marketing Team as well as other departments.
3. Go through and monitor work submission of reports, quotations and billing process.
4. Processing and monitoring the documentation in professional way.
5. Comply with company policies, legal guidelines and any other requirements highlighted under ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
6. Other traditional duties as required and assigned by Head of Department.
