About the role?
Bateriku.com is seeking a skilled SALES & ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE to join our INSURANCE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures to streamline insurance operation and customer service
- Execute and monitor subordinate - incoming and outgoing call or email from customer for insurance enquiry
- To follow up with customer for new project (Bateriku Insurance Route User – BIRU)
- Organize & monitor a filing system for client database
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all insurance policies and correspondence in the company database
- To monitor on the sales basis for insurance policy (new & renewal)
- Respond to queries from manager
- Execute daily sales & administrative task
- Prepare & deliver regular insurance & sales forecasting reports
- Prepare and present detailed on policy new policy, renewal and insurance cost to management for review and decision making
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in administration is preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
